From Discord (via OAuth login): your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and the list of servers you have Manage Server permission in - used only to show you the right servers in the dashboard and verify you're allowed to configure them.
Per-server settings: whatever you configure in the dashboard or via commands (channel IDs, role IDs, feature toggles, custom messages, embed drafts).
Message content: not stored permanently. Messages are read transiently by moderation/security features (e.g. word filter, anti-spam) to decide whether to act, and by the AI chat feature (sent to our AI provider to generate a reply - see below). Brief summaries of moderation/security actions (e.g. "message deleted for banned word") are kept in the searchable Log History feature, but not full message contents.
Leveling data: your Discord user ID and accumulated XP per server, to power leveling and leaderboards.
Billing: we never see or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Paddle.com; we only store your Paddle customer/subscription ID and plan status.
To operate the bot and dashboard, enforce the settings you configure, provide AI chat replies, process subscription payments, and improve reliability. We don't sell your data, and we don't use message content for advertising.
Discord: all core functionality runs through Discord's API.
Paddle.com: processes all payments as our merchant of record.
OpenRouter (AI provider): if your server enables AI chat, the message you send is transmitted to OpenRouter to generate a reply.
MongoDB Atlas: our database host, where server settings and the data described above are stored.
Server settings are kept as long as Assistant remains in your server. Removing the bot from your server does not automatically delete stored data; email alialghazawimain@gmail.com to request deletion of your server's or your own data at any time.
Assistant is only intended for use in compliance with Discord's own Terms of Service, which requires users to meet Discord's minimum age requirement. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone who doesn't meet that requirement.
